Job Description
Golden Bridge is a growing technology solutions provider specialising in Audio Visual Digital Workspace Conferencing setup and AI Monitoring Solutions. We are looking for a Project Sales / Client Manager to manage client relationships, drive project-based sales, and support the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to project handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop new client accounts and project opportunities
- Identify customer requirements and propose suitable AV and AI monitoring solutions
- Prepare proposals, tenders, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate closely with solution, engineering, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Support contract negotiation and project handover to delivery teams
- Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and partners
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and project progress
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in project sales or client management
- Experience in AV systems, IT solutions, smart building, or monitoring platforms preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
