Project Sales / Client Manager

Job Description

Golden Bridge is a growing technology solutions provider specialising in Audio Visual Digital Workspace Conferencing setup and AI Monitoring Solutions. We are looking for a Project Sales / Client Manager to manage client relationships, drive project-based sales, and support the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to project handover.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop new client accounts and project opportunities
  • Identify customer requirements and propose suitable AV and AI monitoring solutions
  • Prepare proposals, tenders, quotations, and presentations
  • Coordinate closely with solution, engineering, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Support contract negotiation and project handover to delivery teams
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and partners
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and project progress

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in project sales or client management
  • Experience in AV systems, IT solutions, smart building, or monitoring platforms preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
