About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of Audio Visual (AV) and AI-based technology projects across corporate, education, and commercial environments. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage stakeholders from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution for AV and AI solution projects
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Oversee system design, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests effectively
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover materials
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, IT, Audio Visual, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in AV systems, smart building, IT, or AI-related projects
- Strong knowledge of AV solutions (video conferencing, LED walls, control systems, audio systems, networks)
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and contractors
- Good communication and documentation skills
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Regional project experience (e.g. Southeast Asia / Asia-Pacific) will be an added advantage
