Job Description
Golden Bridge is looking for a dedicated AV / IT Post-Sales Support Engineer to provide after-project maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for our Audio Visual and AI Monitoring solutions. This role focuses on system support and service delivery to ensure long-term performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-installation maintenance and technical support for AV and IT systems
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, system health checks, and fault diagnosis
- Respond to service requests, breakdowns, and customer support tickets
- Troubleshoot AV systems, networks, and related IT infrastructure
- Carry out minor system upgrades, adjustments, and optimizations
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation
- Liaise with internal teams for escalation and resolution when required
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, AV Technology, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in AV / IT support, maintenance, or service roles
- Good knowledge of AV systems, video conferencing, control systems, and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage service assignments
- Regional support or project exposure (SEA / APAC) is an added advantage
